Classique Pilates Terms and Conditions:
1. General Membership and Class Bookings
1.2. Class bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
1.3. Payments for classes, memberships, or packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
1.4 Any introductory offer for new clients may only be purchased once per client.
1.5 The 10 x pass class is valid for 3 months after purchase.
1.6 Duo sessions are the sole responsibility of the client making the booking, if one of the two persons fails to show, the class will be charged at the full private class rate.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled class.
2.2. No-shows or cancellations made outside of this time frame are not eligible for a refund.
3. Health and Safety
3.1. Clients are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns that may affect their ability to participate in Pilates classes.
3.2. Participation in classes is at the client’s own risk. Classique Pilates is not liable for any injury or loss that occurs on the premises unless due to negligence by Classique Pilates.
3.3 Clients acknowledge that Pilates instruction involves verbal and appropriate hands-on touch to correct and facilitate movement, and it is their responsibility to communicate clearly with their teacher if any form of touch is unwanted before and at any point during the session.
3.4 Clients are responsible for stopping any exercises and communicating with the teacher if they are uncomfortable or experience any pain.
3.5 Clients who are pregnant must inform Classique Pilates before participating in any classes or private sessions.
3.6 A doctor’s approval may be required before starting or continuing Pilates classes during or after pregnancy.
3.7 If under 18 years of age, the client must have written permission of parent or guardian who attends the Discovery session with the client.
3.8 Classique Pilates reserves the right to end a class due to health and safety concerns.
4. Conduct and Etiquette
4.1 Clients are expected to arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting the class.
4.2 Mobile phones must be turned off or set to silent during classes.
4.3 Jewellery must be removed and appropriate fitness attire must be worn with no zips buttons or studs that can damage the equipment, and clients are responsible for bringing their own water bottles if needed.
5. Studio Closures and Class Changes
5.1 The studio reserves the right to cancel, substitute teachers, or reschedule classes with prior notice where possible.
5.2 In the event of unforeseen closures, any affected sessions may be rescheduled or credited to the client’s account.
