A 30 minute private class for new clients & your first group class for only $15
During the private class we’ll:
- Talk about your goals and what you’d like to get out of Pilates
- Discuss any injuries, concerns, or past movement experience
- Check how I can tailor the classes to your needs through modifications or variations
- Start some movements so you can feel comfortable and confident before joining the group.

An exercise mat, waterbottle and smile! If you forget a mat or would like to borrow one to give it a try just let me know.

I can adapt or modify exercises for all fitness levels, introducing movements slowly for beginners and helping advanced students push their boundaries.

It adheres closely to the original teachings and sequences developed by Joseph Pilates. Classical Pilates teachers undergo rigorous training that includes mastering the original exercises, understanding anatomy, and how to tailor the practice to different bodies and abilities.
